We try to make your on-line purchase as simple & as fast as is possible.

At times we may be out of stock for the item you are ordering, we will try to have the stock replenished as soon as is possible depending on our suppliers of course. If there is a problem we will try to recommend a reliable alternative & if possible to give an available date.

Please ensure your contact details ie: email addresses & phone numbers are given correctly.

Delivery

All orders will be dispatched within 5 working days depending once again on supply, weekend orders will be dispatched on the Monday of the following working week. All emails will be read each weekday morning.

All orders will be confirmed via an automated email. All online orders will be calculated by Australia Post mail rates.

We strive to offer 100% satisfaction. As much information about the models corresponding to parts are given on the site.

Refunds

Refunds on most items are subject to the following conditions.

• Goods must be in brand new condition and cannot be used or fitted.
• All packaging must be as delivered ie: unopened & undamaged.
• All brackets and fittings must be returned with the goods.
• In the event of receiving the item being incorrect, we will exchange or refund the price of the goods and any freight to or from our place of business.

Payment is via Paypal. All items must be paid for (and confirmed) before shipping .
